Doors open at 5:30pm - Dinner starts around 6pm or once every one is arrived and ready

Each recolección is built and destroyed for twelve people a night, lasting upwards of three hours.

Once present at a recolección everything is part of the event and you are all open to participate in as much or as little as you like. 

While we aim to be able to accommodate any food allergies, we may not be able to do so for preferences. Things are thoughtfully curated and shared in small amounts and we strongly encourage that you are open to trying everything available. If you have any questions concerning dietary restrictions or aversions for you and everyone joining, including alcohol please email us at sheddinnerprojects@gmail.com so we can ensure we are able to accommodate.
