An almost daily practice at this point - not intentionally though. 

The more we work with our cattle the more we realize how difficult of a task it is, much less how difficult it is to be profitable from it. Any way we calculate it it's impossible to be such, though that is not at all the point. Still, the more we live with these animals the more we love the energies they lend to our lives and the ways in which they continue to ground us to our terrain and culture.

We live in a little village tucked into a larger valley that was established in 1776, and inhabited long before that.
