Each 'Comilona' ( feast ) is designed to resemble a classic pueblo / spanish feasts, bringing people together through simple, elegant and nurturing food / drink from the same terrain.
Each 'Comilona' is designed and paid for upfront where everything at the time of the event is included. Each guest present at a Comilona is open to participate in as much or as little as they like.
While we aim to be able to accommodate any food allergies, we may not be able to do so for all preferences. The feast will include an abundance of goods so that despite any allergies or preferences there will be something for everyone.

Once a date is confirmed and the event is booked everything is taken care of. ( food, drink, service, et cetera ).
