Each recolección is built and destroyed for twelve people a night, lasting upwards of three hours. By reserving a private recolección you have the entire table for up to 12.
Once present at a recolección everything is gifted as part of the event and you are all open to participate in as much or as little as you like.
A percentage of tickets goes back to the Martinez Hacienda.
While we aim to be able to accommodate any food allergies, we may not be able to do so for all preferences. Things are curated and shared in small amounts and we strongly encourage that you are open to trying everything available. If you have any questions concerning dietary restrictions or aversions for you and everyone joining including alcohol please include them on the information page upon the ticket purchase so we can ensure we are able to accommodate.

Once a date is confirmed and a table is booked everything is taken care of. ( food, drink, service, et cetera ).
